This 12-week journey will shift you out of depletion, despair and self-blame and in to a new way to be with what is, a new way to see what is possible, a new relationship with yourself, and a support system to help you remember who you are. If you are a career woman with a child who has struggled with any kind of addiction, join me as I share this transformational process I learned.
As a career woman who was always determined to stay at the top of her game at work and at home, you can imagine what it was like to realize how out of control I felt when my daughter was diagnosed with an Eating Disorder. Nothing I could do could fix that. The part of me that was always resourceful, do it all, have it all, capable of it all, was shaken. It shattered the foundation of who I knew myself to be. I felt guilty, ashamed and to blame. My only agenda was getting her well. But she didn’t share that agenda. And I couldn’t solve this one.
It was a long road to recovery for my daughter but along the way I discovered something about the human spirit that returned me to life in a profoundly new way. It is a transformational process that helped me come back to a sense of balance, to a place of centeredness and to know myself in a whole new way.
This is an individual journey that will take place in a safe, intimate and supportive community via a small group coaching program. As your coach, I will provide a road map and a GPS for regaining your center and navigating this uncharted territory of what’s now, what’s next, and what can be. Through this process, you’ll gain more self-acceptance, self-love, self-empowerment, and the clarity, courage and confidence to live a life you love.
The results = achieving peace of mind , the freedom and the happy place you long for.
